2021–2024 · Kotambi, Vadodara
Located in Kotambi, Vadodara, this 1,89,987 sq.ft industrial development is a large-scale manufacturing facility designed for one of India's leading compound chocolate manufacturers. The project is conceived around a simple architectural language that responds to a highly complex program, balancing operational efficiency with a refined and contemporary aesthetic. The development is organized into two principal components: a two-storey Administration Building and a two-storey Production Facility.

The architectural planning prioritizes clarity, efficiency, and controlled movement. The site layout establishes a logical relationship between the administration and production areas while maintaining smooth circulation and functional segregation essential to an industrial environment.
The Administration Building accommodates offices, meeting spaces, and supporting functions within an organized and efficient spatial framework. The Production Facility is planned around the requirements of the manufacturing process, with carefully considered circulation and workflow forming the backbone of the design.
The architectural expression adopts a clean, contemporary industrial character, creating a cohesive identity across the development. Generous landscaping and greenery soften the scale of the industrial complex, establishing a balanced relationship between the built form and its surroundings.
A study in simplicity within complexity, the project reflects an approach to industrial architecture that is purposeful, efficient, and refined — where functionality, movement, and aesthetics work together as one integrated system.
